Job Title: Product Designer

Job Objectives

• Crown Interactive is seeking a Product Designer to join our growing team.
• In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how users interact with our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers,
• Engineers, and Business Stakeholders—to design user-centered solutions that are both functional and visually compelling. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, your work will directly influence the success of our digital products and the satisfaction of our users.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• UX/UI Design: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and help maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Problem Solving: Turn complex enterprise workflows into simple, elegant, and efficient user experiences.
• Feedback &; Iteration: Receive and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine designs.
• Accessibility: Ensure designs are inclusive and meet accessibility standards (WCAG).

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving, and final deliverables.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
