Remem Humanitarian Organization (RHO) is registered in Nigeria with Corporate affairs commission and other government agencies. Our objective is to help and develop the distressed, needy, neglected and vulnerable IDPs and Refugees socially and economically by providing them necessary assistance for sustaining their lives and conditions especially the women and children. Remem Humanitarian Organization was established in 2022.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / HR Officer

Location: Borno

Job Details

• Lead the development of the implementation plan and monitor its progress.
• Work with all supporting team on the project to ensure that their tasks are timely carried out according to the implementation plan
• Develop quarterly reports and share with the specialist before the deadlines.
• Perform all HR roles and responsibilities.
• Manage budget of the project and ensure all forecasting, budget planning and financial report are delivered on time.
• Monitor the Budget versus Actual report and ensure monthly overspent and under spent areas are not repeated.
• Manage all external stakeholders on the project and ensure they play their roles as planned in the project
• Manage the project officers’ performance and contribute to their career’s growth.
• Lead monthly project review meetings and share challenges with the team for action.
• Ensure that the implementing local partners carry out their work as scheduled and of the best standard.
• Contribute to proposal development for all sector.
• Ensure all assets of the project are safe and their information are entered into the asset register.
• Diligently carry out any other task assigned in relation to the goal of the organization by the specialist and other organization leaders.

Requirements

• Applicants must possess a minimum of B.Sc. /HND qualification.
• Applicants must have at least 4 years experience in their respective fields.
• Applicants must be highly skilled in Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Applicants must be resident in Borno State or any close by town/village. 
• Applicants must be fluent in English, Hausa and any language spoken in the area is a plus.
