About the Role
As a Marketing Account Manager at Atinudah BrandCo, you will be the primary owner of client accounts, supporting in winning new business, and leading campaign delivery from insight to execution.
You will manage day-to-day client relationships, write briefs, develop strategy, and work with in-house teams to bring marketing campaigns to life across channels
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that requires strong marketing instincts, creative thinking, and sharp project management.
You’ll serve as the glue between clients, creatives, and the broader agency, ensuring marketing campaigns are impactful, on-brand, and delivered on time.
Lead assigned client accounts end-to-end: onboarding, brief writing, strategy, execution, and reporting
Write compelling creative briefs and manage timelines across internal teams (design, content, production)
Monitor project delivery and ensure output aligns with client expectations and brand strategy
Own day-to-day communication with clients and serve as their go-to marketing partner
Own key accounts end-to-end, from pitch to campaign execution to growth
Client Strategy & Marketing Execution:
Build and execute marketing strategies across digital, social, content, PR, influencer, and events
Proactively identify gaps or growth opportunities in client marketing and propose strategic solutions
Develop content calendars, lead rollout plans, and work with creatives to ensure message alignment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply them to client campaigns
Business Development Support:
Support the Marketing Lead in identifying leads, building pitch decks, and presenting to prospective clients
Help draft marketing proposals and budgets that win business
Assist with onboarding of new clients and campaign planning
Budgeting & Resource Coordination:
Track account budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple clients
Coordinate with internal resource teams (graphics, content, studio) based on account workload
Ensure resource usage aligns with account value to protect margins
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Monitor campaign KPIs and client feedback using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and PR trackers
Compile performance reports and present insights to clients
Recommend optimizations based on data and engagement metrics
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Atinudah Studio and Concepts (events) teams to build integrated client campaigns
Align with in-house teams to ensure brand consistency across creative, content, and experiential output
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or brand strategy (agency or client-side)
Proven track record managing and executing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, creative development, and client service
Ability to write briefs, build marketing calendars, and coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and ownership mentality
Strong understanding of marketing metrics, campaign KPIs, and client ROI
Experience managing budgets, client billings, and account-level profitability
Passion for culture, lifestyle, and the African creative economy
Bonus If You Bring:
Experience in influencer marketing, email marketing, or PR
Basic graphic design or editing skills for quick content fixes
Knowledge of Nigerian/African consumer culture and local trends
Performance marketing experience (e.g. paid media, campaign ROI tracking)
Experience pitching and winning client business
Experience across fashion, entertainment, beauty, or lifestyle brands
