Job Description

• The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of our Clubhouse.
• This role requires a seasoned professional who is industry-exposed, intuitive, smart, and a natural leader with deep understanding of the nightlife business.
• You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving profitability while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate all departments within the Clubhouse to deliver an exceptional nightlife experience.
• Oversee daily operations including customer service, floor management, staff coordination, security, and compliance.
• Drive sales, optimize costs, and implement revenue growth strategies tailored to nightlife trends.
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Implement and enforce policies, SOPs, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Analyze performance reports, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable solutions.
• Mentor, coach, and build strong leadership among floor supervisors and team leads.
• Build relationships with VIP guests, promoters, and partners to strengthen the Clubhouse’s market position.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in nightlife, entertainment, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in hospitality management, with at least 3 years in nightlife/club management.
• Strong background in people management, customer service, and operational oversight.
• Industry-exposed with proven ability to navigate and thrive in nightlife culture.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Smart, proactive, and highly intuitive with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and efficiency.
• Preferably female, with a strong executive presence and confidence.
