Job Title: Agile Delivery Manager

Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Agile Delivery Manager to support our software product delivery processes, using agile and lean principles. You’ll work alongside the wider tech team, working closely with the Product Owner and TechnicalLead to understand and deliver value for our customers, drive an efficient product delivery plan while maintainingdelivery momentum, and unblocking problems.
This position focuses on driving continuous improvement, removing impediments and, ensuring optimal flow and value delivery for both internal and external stakeholders. Using a servant leadership style, you will support the delivery of new products, refinement of existing solution, client onboarding and resolve issues using an agilemindset.
Job holder will be expected to operate at a senior level by leading on a range of agile techniques, including planning and facilitating agile ceremonies, applying best practices from Scrum and Kanban, and must be technically sound in managing and interacting with software engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the delivery plan, tracking progress toward established goals, and managing dependencies across multiple teams or projects.
Lead, guide, coach, and instill in teams agile best practices, and help the team to deliver on team goals and priorities
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Act as the conduit between Product Management, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity of vision, priorities and timely execution.
Proactively identify and resolve blockers that impact team productivity and product delivery. ∙ Ensure teams have the necessary resources—people, technology, information—for successful delivery. ∙ Maintain and update Agile artifacts, such as Definitions of Ready and Done.
Provide transparent, consistent communication on progress, risks, and issues to product leads.
Measure team performance (velocity, cycle time, quality metrics) and use data to drive further optimization.
Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and promoting Agile mindsets within the organization
Requirements
Must have 5+ years working experience in a similar role
Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in a software-driven environment (experience in SaaS or energy/asset management sectors a plus).
Hands-on expertise in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Must have comprehensive grasp of software development lifecycle and managing multi-function teams that include Software Engineers, Testers, and Product designers.
Competency in planning, prioritizing, and managing competing requirements.
Must have a deep understanding of Product lifecycle management.
