Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Network & Partnership Lead to build and manage its agent and partner network in the real estate tokenization space.
• You will recruit and equip agents, design incentive and retention structures, and drive partnerships with developers and investors.
• The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales network management, leadership, and partnership development, with a strong understanding of real estate or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch the AGTA recruitment program to attract top real estate agents and partners.
• Define and manage tiered commission and incentive structures.
• Onboard and train agents with clear playbooks and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain community engagement to ensure agents feel motivated and aligned.
• Track performance of agents and report on contributions to investor sign-ups and developer deal flow.
• Coordinate with Developer Relations to ensure agent-originated projects are vetted and aligned.
• Prepare quarterly reports on AGTA performance, lessons learned, and growth opportunities.

90 Days-Outcome

• First 50+ AGTA agents recruited and onboarded.
• Commission and incentive structure tested with early transactions.
• Training materials and agent playbook launched.
• Monthly performance reporting established.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce management, network marketing, or agent-led distribution.
• Strong understanding of real estate or fintech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build and manage large communities or field teams.
• Excellent communication, motivation, and people management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.

Compensation

• Base Salary: N750,000 / month (aligned below Head of Developer Relations to avoid internal conflict).
• Performance Bonus (Quarterly): N100k -  N300k based on recruitment, activation, and transaction KPIs.
• Commission Override: 0.25–0.5% of net fees from AGTA-sourced deals (capped per quarter).
• Equity (Post-Funding): Eligible for 0.25–0.5% ESOP grant (vesting over 4 years, 1-year cliff).
