We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Travel Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a talented Sales Travel Executive to drive travel business growth, build strong relationship with clients, identify new sales opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • If you are passionate about the travel business and have excellent communication skills, we would be pleased to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Complete Travel Package Sales: Sell travel packages, tours, and services to clients, including customized travel solutions. Follow up with booking requests to ensure timely reservations.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Relatable and Engaging Personality
  • Client Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client travel needs and preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Follow up with Clients to ensure satisfaction or identify room for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams, including operations and airlines, to ensure efficient and seamless delivery of travel services and execute travel plans.
  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with travel industry trends, destinations, and products to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in travel business sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge: Mastery of travel industry products and services, including destinations, transportation, and accommodations and various packages.
  • Result-Orientation: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on results and performance.

Skills: - Proficiency in Amadeus/Sabre GDS application

  • Personal Accountability and Integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
