We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account / Admin Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• As we expand, we seek a detail-oriented and proactive Account/Admin Officer to oversee financial planning, ensure compliance, and support the company in achieving its business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, reconciliations, and record-keeping
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring spending aligns with company targets
• Handle payroll processing, staff benefits, and statutory deductions (PAYE, pensions, etc.)
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for management decision-making
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial standards, and internal controls
• Assist with audits and maintain accurate documentation for accountability
• Oversee general administrative tasks to support smooth back-office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or similar)
• Strong understanding of budgeting, payroll management, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a similar role (real estate industry experience is an advantage).
