SITH is the franchisee for Pizza Hut in Nigeria (all regions except Lagos). Pizza Hut is part of Yum Brands (formerly PepsiCo Restaurants). We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Delivery Rider

Locations: Gwarimpa, Wuse, Apo, Garki and Jabi - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Items: Safely and efficiently transport a variety of goods, such as food, documents, or other packages, to customers.
• Navigate Traffic: Skillfully maneuver a moped through city streets and various traffic conditions to reach destinations on time.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to confirm deliveries, provide status updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Package Handling: Manage and secure delivered items, verify order details, and report any issues or damages to management.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the moped in good working condition by performing daily checks, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting any mechanical problems.
• Route Optimization: Plan and follow efficient routes to maximize delivery speed and minimize travel time.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow all traffic laws and company procedures for handling deliveries, payment, and paperwork.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license, often a motorcycle endorsement, is typically required.
• A clean driving record is essential.
• Experience with riding mopeds or motorcycles is a plus.
• Knowledge of the local area or a good sense of direction is highly beneficial.

Required Skills:

• Safe Moped Operation: Proficient and responsible driving of a moped in various conditions.
• Navigation: Strong ability to navigate using maps and GPS systems to find delivery locations quickly.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and dispatchers.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple deliveries, keep track of orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of riding a moped and carrying packages.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving issues that may arise during delivery, such as traffic delays or customer concerns.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / Month.
