The Role

• We are hiring a marketing & growth lead who will own all things marketing, from digital campaigns to business development.
• This is not a corporate role with endless approvals. This is a builder’s role where you will test, launch, and grow fast, working closely with the founding team.

What You’ll Do

• Drive digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and web.
• Build and grow our social media presence (organic + paid).
• Launch paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Experiment with growth loops and viral strategies.
• Work on partnerships and business development to expand reach.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to turn ideas into traction.
• Measure, optimize, and scale campaigns for maximum ROI.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Hungry and ambitious: You want to help build a brand, not just work for one.
• Skilled across digital marketing channels: social, paid ads, email, and SEO.
• Strong at social media management: You know how to grow communities and keep engagement alive.
• Creative but data-driven: You test, measure, and scale what works.
