Job Title: Executive & HR Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Executive & HR Assistant you will provide comprehensive administrative and HR support to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and databases.
  • Assist in coordinating training, performance reviews, and HR initiatives.
  • Handle basic employee relations and communication.
  • Serve as the point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant, HR Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary
NGN 200,000
