Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven marketing expertise in real estate or hospitality.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, market penetration, and relationship management.
The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and demonstrated success in achieving sales and business expansion targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and execute business opportunities to increase sales and occupancy rates.
Conduct market research to identify new clients, trends, and business opportunities.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote real estate or hospitality offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and investors.
Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Drive lead generation through digital platforms, referrals, networking, and industry events.
Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate business growth initiatives.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagement.
Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat patronage.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven marketing experience in real estate or hospitality (candidates must provide verifiable track records and portfolio/proof of achievements).
Strong knowledge of real estate/hospitality market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Attributes:
Established network of clients and industry contacts in real estate or hospitality.
Certification(s) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (an advantage).
Ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to business challenges
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
