Job Title: Social Media Manager

Summary

• Ora Lagos is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to drive our online presence, engage our audience, and position our brand at the forefront of the hospitality industry.
• This role requires a balance of creativity, consistency, and professionalism to ensure our digital presence truly reflects the Ora experience.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:

• Develop and publish 7 feed posts and 7–14 story posts weekly across Instagram and TikTok.
• Maintain brand voice, style, and consistency across all content.
• Keep an archive of 7–10 pre-approved posts ready for deployment at all times.

On-Site Engagement & Coverage:

• Conduct 2 site visits per week for real-time content capture and live updates.
• Collaborate with the internal team to identify trending opportunities and capitalize on brand moments.

Professional Photography & Shoots:

• Coordinate and execute 4 professional photoshoots per month (company-funded).
• Utilize the in-house camera and equipment to deliver high-quality visuals.
• Ensure media output aligns with brand aesthetics and premium standards.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Seamlessly redirect customer inquiries to the business WhatsApp line for follow-up.

Content Planning & Reporting:

• Prepare weekly content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Track performance metrics and provide periodic insights to guide future strategies.

Deliverables at a Glance:

• 7 feed posts weekly
• 7–14 story posts weekly
• 2 site visits weekly
• 4 professional photoshoots monthly
• Community engagement (comments & DMs)
• Weekly content calendar + minimum 7–10 pre-approved posts.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an FSLC with 2-31 years of experience.
• Proven experience managing Instagram & TikTok accounts for brands.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in video editing, photography, and professional camera use.
• Creative eye with attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Consistency in delivery and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
