We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Representative

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Job Type: Shift Work (Including Morning and Night Shifts)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to provide day-to-day HR support and ensure smooth workforce management.
• The HR Representative will serve as the first point of contact for employees, manage HR operations, and ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the HR contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR issues
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Administer leave, benefits, and performance management activities
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PAYE, pensions, HMO)
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting activities
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1 – 2 years of HR experience (experience in outsourcing/consulting is an added advantage)
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
• Must be professional, confidential, and detail-oriented
• Must reside in Ogba or nearby areas for ease of commute.
