We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Event Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Supervisor / CEO

Job Objective

• The Event Manager at Eden Forever Christmas Decorators is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing festive decoration projects and events that align with the company’s standards of excellence.
• The role ensures seamless client experiences by combining event management, customer service, communication, and social media engagement to enhance brand presence and client satisfaction.
• The Event Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of decoration projects and events, from client engagement to post-event follow-up.
• The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in social media management to showcase Eden Forever’s work and build brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Event & Project Management:

• Plan, organize, and execute festive decoration projects and events.
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Supervise decoration teams on-site to ensure quality and timeliness.

Customer Service:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after projects.
• Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Collect feedback to improve future services and maintain client relationships.

Social Media & Brand Visibility:

• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content (photos, reels, videos, behind-the-scenes).
• Respond to online inquiries and build brand engagement.
• Showcase completed projects to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor and Creative Designer to execute event concepts.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare weekly reports on event outcomes, client satisfaction, and social media engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years experience in event planning, project management, or customer-facing roles (hospitality, décor, or related industries preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to festive season demands.
• Team leadership experience with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

Salary
N200,000 monthly
