Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong network and understanding of the industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the Company's presence in the Energy, Oil and Gas market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Energy Oil and Gas operators, service companies, and industry partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Provide market feedback to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Prepare tenders for contracts Energy, Oil and Gas companies; and much includes but not limited to Contracts of interest to the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting , Engineering, Geology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development or sales in the oil and gas industry.
Strong network and relationships within the industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
Strong understanding of oil and gas industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Nice to Have:
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience with oil and gas operations, including upstream, midstream, or downstream.
Knowledge of energy transition and emerging technologies, such as renewable energy and carbon capture.What We Offer:
