Job Title: Laundry Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Context

• We are seeking dedicated and reliable Laundry Associates to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must be accountable, committed to delivering quality work, and attentive to detail.
• You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling garments with care, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high service standards.

Job Duties

• Receive, sort, and tag laundry items accurately.
• Operate washing, drying, and pressing machines according to established procedures.
• Inspect clothes before and after washing to ensure quality and prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area.
• Report any equipment issues or garment concerns promptly.
• Follow company policies on quality control, safety, and hygiene.
• Deliver completed orders on time, ensuring excellent finishing.
• Demonstrate ownership of tasks and a commitment to high standards.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in laundry or hospitality services is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail and consistency.
• Physically fit and able to handle laundry loads.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
