About the Role

• We are seeking to employ a dynamic Marketing Manager to shape our brand, drive customer growth, and keep us competitive in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase foot traffic, brand awareness, and sales.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all materials.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, print, in-restaurant promotions, email newsletters, and loyalty programs).
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams on seasonal menus, events, and holiday promotions.
• Build community partnerships and organize marketing events to boost visibility.
• Track KPIs such as website traffic, social media engagement, and revenue growth, reporting results to management.
• Manage budgets for maximum ROI and lead a small marketing team to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing (hospitality/food service preferred).
• Strong strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and budget management.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum Age: 25 years.
