Our goal is to ensure deliveries are made swiftly, stylishly, and that "everyday people" can earn money through these deliveries. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Growth & Marketing Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Product Growth & Marketing Lead to drive the brand’s evolution, fuel B2B and P2P product adoption, and execute growth-focused marketing initiatives.
  • This role blends rebranding, digital marketing, campaign management, user acquisition, and data analysis to position PicckR as a market leader in community-powered logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Rebranding Leadership:

  • Lead the full rebranding of PicckR’s peer-to-peer (P2P) product, including narrative development, messaging framework, visual identity, and asset creation.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and presence across all internal and external channels.

B2B Product Growth & Launch Execution:

  • Strategize and execute the go-to-market plan for PicckR’s B2B product.
  • Drive B2B user sign-ups, partnerships, and client activations to achieve rapid market traction.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to align growth with product capabilities.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

  • Develop and implement product-focused marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Plan and launch major growth campaigns targeting acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Coordinate digital, email, paid, and influencer campaigns that amplify brand visibility and adoption.

Content Development & Brand Messaging:

  • Create and supervise social media content, paid ad assets, promotional materials, and explainer videos.
  • Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Set campaign KPIs, track channel performance, and deliver timely reports.
  • Leverage analytics tools to improve engagement, reduce acquisition costs, and optimize user funnels.

Email Marketing & CRM Engagement:

  • Build, segment, and personalize email flows for acquisition and lifecycle engagement.
  • Track open rates, CTR, and unsubscribe rates, ensuring ongoing improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams to launch campaigns tied to product updates and user feedback.
  • Work with third-party agencies or freelancers when needed for execution or creative support.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Rebranding of PicckR’s P2P Product

  • Complete rebranding, narrative, and brand assets within 3 weeks
  • Increase brand recall/recognition by 30%
  • Achieve 100% brand consistency across all platforms post-launch
  • All brand visuals finalized by week 2

B2B Product Launch & Growth

  • Launch B2B product by August 31st, 2025
  • 500 B2B sign-ups within 3 months
  • Maintain a 70% MoM growth rate in B2B user acquisition
  • Secure 50 strategic B2B partnerships in 2 months
  • Generate 500+ qualified leads per month

Campaign Execution & Market Strategy

  • Submit full strategy & budget plan within 10 days of joining
  • Launch at least 1 major campaign/month
  • Maintain >3% CTR, >5% conversion rate for all campaigns

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Publish 4+ posts/week per platform (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Deliver 2+ ad creatives per campaign
  • Maintain social engagement rates: 65% likes, 30% shares, 30% comments, 15% saves
  • Deliver a full brand toolkit within 1 month

Market Performance & Optimization

  • Submit bi-weekly performance reports (reach, CPA, ROAS, CTR, transactions)
  • Host monthly review meetings with action-driven insights
  • Implement 2+ optimizations monthly based on campaign data

Email Campaigns

  • Launch 2+ campaigns/month
  • Achieve >20% open rate and >5% CTR
  • Unsubscribe rate <1%

Paid Advertising & Retargeting

  • Manage 3+ paid campaigns/month across digital platforms
  • Maintain CPA < N200 per acquisitio
  • ROAS > 3:1 for optimized ad sets

Brand Consistency & Guidelines

  • Review 100% of external content for brand alignment
  • Conduct a full brand audit within the first month
  • Establish official Brand Guidelines Document

Additional & Strategic Services

  • Deliver 100% of agreed deliverables.
  • Maintain ≥90% satisfaction score from stakeholder review surveys.
