Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Sango, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Sango Otta and its surrounding areas.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies and contributing to overall brand performance in the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Sango and its neighboring markets to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesaler and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across the territory
• Monitor market trends, competitors activities and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct product presentations, coordinate roadshows and participate in promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and boost sales.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market activities, stock levels and customer feedback to management.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of clients issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Sango Otta market and its distribution channels.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
