Transparency Scape Insurance Brokers is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Officer 

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Human Resources:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Facilitate training, learning, and development programs.
• Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Administrative:

• Oversee office operations and ensure efficient administrative support.
• Manage procurement of office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate facility management, including maintenance, safety, and security.
• Support the planning and execution of company events and staff activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for HR and administrative records.
• Handle correspondence, memos, and other administrative communication.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
