Job Title: Graphic Designer – Branding & Creative Storytelling

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and product naming.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the organization’s brand identity, designing impactful visuals for both print and digital platforms, and crafting compelling narratives that bring our products and services to life.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Storytelling:

• Develop contemporary, creative, and fit-for-purpose designs that strengthen the organization’s brand identity.
• Craft compelling visual stories around the brand, campaigns, and product naming to connect with diverse audiences.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and design across all platforms and materials.
• Design & Creative Execution*• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for hard copy publications, online campaigns, promotional materials, and internal communications.
• Create visually engaging concepts for product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Edit and post videos, images, and graphics that showcase the organization’s offerings and initiatives.
• Conceptualize and design daily content aligned with organizational priorities.

Digital Media & Content Management:

• Deploy creative content across social media and online platforms, ensuring all interfaces remain engaging, fresh, and up to date.
• Manage and respond to feedback on digital platforms, incorporating insights into future designs.

Innovation & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (communications, marketing, product, HR, etc.) to support campaigns and projects.
• Contribute creative ideas, recommendations, and strategic insights for design-led initiatives.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance brand appeal.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably with a strong focus on branding and storytelling.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative brand campaigns, product naming concepts, and impactful storytelling.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design applications.
• Experience with digital media design, including social media content, video editing, and web graphics.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
