Job Title: Machine Sales Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our heavy duty products sales efforts in Nigeria.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective sales plans while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for machine products in Nigeria.
• Directly manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to senior management.
• Implement sales risk control measures to ensure that indicators such as collection rate and overdue rate are achieved.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and brand.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or industrial machinery sector is a MUST
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the crane industry and its market dynamics in East Malaysia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and drive for achievement.
• Ability to travel within Nigeria as required.

Salary
N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 Monthly (Net Pay).
