We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated, smart, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a young professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and professional investment environment.
  • The successful candidate should possess sound communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, handle important office tasks, and contribute directly to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, document preparation, and office management.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone inquiries, and client communications, with professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Support team projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Welcome visitors, answer phones, and perform other general office duties.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or someone who has just completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program, with a Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of investment management concepts is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
