Transparency Scape Insurance Brokers is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Support Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (via phone, email, or in person).
• Provide timely and accurate information on insurance products, policies, and services.
• Assist clients in policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Policy Administration:

• Support in preparing policy documents, cover notes, and schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
• Follow up with insurance underwriters on client requests, quotes, and approvals.
• Track policy renewals and proactively engage clients to ensure continuity of cover.

Claims Support:

• Guide clients through the claims process and ensure necessary documentation is provided.
• Liaise with insurance companies to track and expedite claims processing.
• Provide regular updates to clients on claim status.

Operational Support:

• Maintain up-to-date client records and files.
• Generate reports on client activities, renewals, and outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and underwriting team to deliver seamless client service.
• Support client engagement initiatives (e.g., feedback surveys, appreciation events).

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 2 years of work experience. 

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
