Role Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition, strengthen client relationships, and promote financial products and services.
• The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their investment needs are met while contributing to the firm’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote the company’s financial products and services, including investment advisory, credit, and asset financing.
• Manage client portfolios, monitor performance, and provide regular updates.
• Cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients to deepen engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets in line with business objectives.
• Stay updated on financial market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in sales, relationship management, or business development within financial services, banking, or investment firms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Good understanding of financial products, investment services, and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
