We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hostess

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, welcome them to the pool bar, and determine the size of their party.
• Seating and Navigation: Guide guests to available, clean poolside seating, assist with setting up chairs and umbrellas, and provide them with menus.
• Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders, upsell menu specials, and communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.
• Guest Assistance: Respond to guest requests, ensure guest satisfaction, and address any concerns promptly to create a positive experience.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized poolside and service area, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures throughout the day.
• Operational Support: Set up and break down service stations, manage waitlists, and assist with other tasks as needed to support the bar and restaurant team.
• Payment Processing: Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
