Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build Execution Bots that quote two-sided markets and keep liquidity alive.
• Engineer Pricing Engines that adjust odds and fees in real time, responding to volatility and exposure.
• Design Risk Management Logic that protects against skew, imbalance, and extreme tail events.
• Run Market Analytics to measure liquidity depth, user behavior, and contract performance.
• Support Contract Innovation by applying quantitative insights to new event types (music, sports, entertainment).
• Create Monitoring Tools and dashboards that track pool health, PnL, and exposure so the system never sleeps.

What You Need to Bring

• 4+ years building backend or quant systems (Python, Go, or Node.js a plus).
• A strong grasp of market microstructure, derivatives, or automated liquidity pools.
• Hands-on wins in market making, prediction markets, or betting platforms.
• Solid foundation in statistical modeling, financial math, or risk management.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and event-driven architectures.
