• As Head of Investor & Relationship Management, you will lead the charge in building investor confidence, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that every communication reflects a sales-first, growth-driven culture.
• From quarterly earnings calls to shaping how institutional investors view our business, this is your chance to create clarity, foster relationships, and power decisions that drive the future of our ecosystem.

What You’ll Lead
Investor Relations Framework:

• Design and execute a world-class IR framework across the group and its investee companies.
• Deliver press releases, reports, and presentations that inspire confidence.
• Set measurable KPIs and milestones for every framework, reviewed annually.

External Relations & Market Engagement:

• Build and manage relationships with customers, regulators, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure every external communication aligns with organizational objectives.
• Position the company as a credible and proactive market leader.

Institutional Investor Relations:

• Build strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
• Develop tailored engagement strategies that deepen investor trust.
• Revise and improve strategies annually based on market learnings.

Board Policy Execution:

• Execute the board-approved J10 policy within the first year.
• Align implementation with organizational goals and shareholder priorities.

Market Intelligence & Analysis:

• Track market shifts, economic indicators, and competitive activity.
• Deliver insights that guide investment, communication, and growth strategies.

Champion a Sales-First Culture:

• Reinforce a mindset that prioritizes growth and revenue across the organization.
• Launch training and cultural initiatives to embed “sales first” across teams.

How Success is Measured

• Approved frameworks/policies within 60 days of joining.
• 80% adoption of the “Sales First” culture across the group.
• On-time execution of institutional investor frameworks.
• Number of institutional investors actively engaged.
• Annual revisions of frameworks based on learnings.
• Milestones achieved in IR and external relations frameworks.

What You’ll Bring

• BSc in Finance, Business, or related field (Advanced degree or certification a plus).
• 8–12+ years in investor relations, financial analysis, research, or related roles within financial services.
• Mastery of financial markets, statements, and investment products.
• Sharp communication skills to distill complex financials into clear stories.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing ability across stakeholders.
• Market intelligence mindset with deep analytical skills.
• Project management excellence frameworks, deadlines, results.
