What You’ll Lead & Deliver
Strategic Alignment & Investment Oversight:
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to keep all entities aligned with the group’s investment thesis.
Track and ensure execution of high-impact strategic initiatives across regions.
Translate complex data into insights that guide bold investment decisions.
Global Operations & Cross-Border Coordination:
Work with regional leaders to streamline operations and standardize processes.
Ensure communication across markets flows seamlessly to HQ.
Monitor KPIs across jurisdictions and drive accountability for results.
Capital Market & Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead preparations for investor relations: updates, roadshows, board packs.
Oversee communications tied to global performance and strategy shifts.
Act as the CEO’s bridge to board members, investors, and key partners.
Executive Enablement & Organizational Efficiency:
Own the executive cadence: strategy sessions, leadership summits, reviews.
Build frameworks for executive performance and accountability.
Champion special initiatives that strengthen culture, visibility, and efficiency.
Executive Office Leadership:
Supervise and elevate the effectiveness of the executive office staff.
Manage the CEO’s diary, correspondence, and high-level engagements.
Safeguard the dignity, structure, and history of the executive office.
Special Projects & M&A Support:
Lead group-level projects: market entry, corporate restructuring, M&A.
Run due diligence and competitive analysis to guide investment decisions.
Act as a force multiplier removing bottlenecks and accelerating execution.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
8–10+ years in investment management, strategy consulting, or group operations.
Proven wins in cross-border operations and investment execution.
Strong grasp of financial statements, P&L, and performance dashboards.
Executive-level communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
