Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Vectra Company Limited on a remote contract basis.
• The role involves creating professional, high-quality social media designs and branded materials that align with client briefs, brand identities, and Vectra Company Limited’s design standards.
• This is a contract role with the possibility of conversion into a full-time position,and significant career growth opportunities as the company expands.

Job Description
The Graphic Designer will:

• Work with templates, custom layouts, and brand guidelines to deliver designs on time.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and speed.
• Collaborate with project managers and the creative director to ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver designs within agreed timelines.
• Provide revisions in line with Vectra Company Limited’s review policy.
• Grow into higher roles (Senior Designer, Art Director, Creative Lead) as Vectra Company Limited scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media designs, brand collateral, campaign graphics and brand idenity for Vectra Company Limited’s clients.
• Create designs from scratch
• Customize Envato/Canva templates into unique, brand-specific designs.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and layout.
• Meet daily/weekly design quotas.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to tracking systems.
• Communicate proactively about project status, delays, or creative suggestions.
• Uphold Vectra Company Limited's reputation for fast, professional, and premium design output.

Education & Experience

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proven portfolio of graphic designs and brand collateral.
• 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer (agency/freelance experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with remote work tools (Google Drive, Trello/Notion, WhatsApp for Business).

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop with required software.
• Ability to commit to remote work deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on express projects.
• Commitment to Vectra Company Limited’s creative standards and brand-first mindset.
• Willingness to grow with the company and take on higher responsibilities over time, with accompanying reward.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva/Envato.
• Ability to turn briefs into compelling, scroll-stopping designs.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong time management and multitasking ability.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality output.
• Good communication skills for remote collaboration.

Remuneration

• Contract role: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly rate based on design volume eequests.
• Performance bonuses available (e.g., for meeting or exceeding design quotas, express delivery projects).
• Opportunity for promotion into a full-time role with benefits as Vectra Company Limited scales.
• Clear career progression: Contract → Full-time Designer → Senior Designer → Art Director → Creative Lead.
