We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Operations Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring smooth workflow across the organization.
  • This role will handle documentation, reporting, vendor coordination, and logistics while supporting internal teams to achieve efficiency.
  • The associate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with compliance processes, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business.

Core Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for teams or management.

Operations Support:

  • Assist in overseeing daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and systems.

Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational updates and documentation as required.

Vendor & Logistics Management:

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Track inventory, supplies, and logistics to support ongoing operations.

Team & Customer Support:

  • Provide support to internal teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Handle basic inquiries and escalate issues appropriately.

Compliance & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
