About the Role

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing operations of a Solar Company.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns (digital and offline).
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Oversee content creation, social media management, and digital campaigns to boost online visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design campaigns that support revenue growth.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using KPIs to measure effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor members of the marketing team, including content creators and designers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all platforms and communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Experience in renewable energy/solar industry (an added advantage).
