Job Summary

• Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a wealth of experience in both digital and conventional marketing strategies?
• Are you looking to lead a dynamic marketing team and drive growth in diverse sectors such as real estate, banking and financial services, investment and capital raising, stock brokerage, and the hospitality industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple industries.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support sales, product launches, and other key business initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is added advantage.
• Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital and conventional marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in the real estate, banking and financial services, investment and capital raising, stock brokerage, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment.
