Job Title: Sales Representative

Description

• Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? Do you have a track record of converting leads into paying clients and are ready to take your sales career to the next level? Then we want to meet you!
• We’re looking for a Sales representative to help us drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and represent our brand both online and offline.

Core Responsibilities 

• Generating and nurturing qualified leads across multiple channels
• Understanding client needs and matching them with our tailored service offerings
• Attending physical events at least once a week to source leads and represent the brand
• Collaborating with marketing to develop and execute winning sales strategies
• Keeping detailed records of sales activities and reporting on performance
• Staying informed about trends in our industry and what competitors are doing
• Analysing market data to find new business opportunities
• Supporting the wider sales team to meet and exceed collective targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and client management
• Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection and constant power supply.

• Have proven experience converting leads into paying clients
• Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Can break down complex service offerings in a simple, compelling way
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and sales tools
• Are results-oriented, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Own a functional laptop and have access to steady power and internet
• Live in Lagos or can attend in-person events once a week
