We are looking for a vibrant female Content Creator Specialist who is not more than 27 years and is ready to work in a team with the ability to perform the responsibilities below
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with the marketing department to understand short- and long-term business goals
Develop and implement integrated content strategies across channels
Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend content campaigns
Research and implement SEO tactics to increase organic traffic and brand visibility
Contribute ideas for campaign themes, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks
Copywriting & Content Creation:
Write clear, engaging, and strategic copy for website, social media, ads, emails, blogs, scripts, and podcast episodes etc.
Draft and maintain engaging copy across public communications and branded platforms
Convert customer needs and feedback into customer-centric storytelling
Social Media Management:
Manage day-to-day content scheduling, posting, and monitoring across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
Use tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer, Notion) to keep calendars updated and performance tracked
Interact with the audience and grow community engagement and loyalty
Video Creation:
Create mobile-first short-form video content(Reels, TikToks, etc.) using just your phone + editing tools
Record, script, and edit authentic, brand-aligned visual content
Optimize videos for platform performance and virality to grab customer attention
Visual Content & Design:
Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Expressto design basic static and motion graphics
Collaborate with designers when higher complexity is needed, but lead with fast-turnaround visuals
Contribute to brand aesthetics including logo treatments, taglines, and promotional designs
Content Optimization & Reporting:
Track content engagement, reach, and performance metrics
Analyze web and social data to optimize strategies and adjust quickly
Use insights to improve traffic, conversions, and user retention
Compliance & Consistency:
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, history, and future plans
Ensure all content adheres to copyright and data protection laws
Maintain consistency across platforms and campaigns
Content Marketing Executive Requirements
Minimum of BSc Degree / Hnd in a related field.
Content marketing, social media, or creative production experience.
A focus on content marketing for a B2B technology business could be in a pure content role or a broader marketing role with some content marketing.
Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Track record of producing a wide variety of content.
Video editing would be an advantage.
Must present Portfolios with links to your writing samples and video content is required.
