The Senior Operations Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing the organization’s operational processes to enhance efficiency, improve performance, and support strategic goals.
By leveraging data-driven insights, the Senior Operation Analyst will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased productivity.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate current operational workflows and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Develop and recommend actionable strategies for process improvement.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate meaningful insights.
Support regulatory compliance reporting and performance tracking.
Support the planning and execution of operational projects.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Analyze operational costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and technical teams to improve operational deliverables
Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a liaison between departments and partner organizations to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Provide support for ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
Train team members (attendants and field workers) on tools, processes, and best practices.

Job Specifications
Qualification & Experience:
1st Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable University.
MBA or relevant professional development in Finance, Management Science & Operations Research and Mergers and Acquisition.
8 – 10 years post - NYSC experience in operations, business analysis, operating environment or a similar role
Expert understanding and application of renewable economics, risk and decision science and Nigerian fiscal systems.
Proven competencies in using Data Analytics and Microsoft Office software programs.
