Description

• Naira567 is hiring a hands-on Content, Social & Community Manager to own our social voice end-to-end—strategy → creation → publishing → analytics → community management—and to lead a small creative pod (designer + video editor).
• You’ll run our social channels and personally manage our Telegram & Facebook groups, grow engaged fan communities, and turn attention into sign-ups, first deposits, and loyal play.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning:

• Build the social/content strategy aligned to sports calendars (EPL, UCL, AFCON, boxing, etc.), promos, and product launches.
• Own the content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and Facebook Groups.
• Define audience segments, tone of voice, and community growth loops (referrals, UGC, challenges).

Content & Publishing:

• Write thumb-stopping copy: posts, threads, reels scripts, short videos, carousels, blog-style explainers (odds, markets, promos).
• Brief and manage the designer & video editor; ensure brand-consistent creatives with fast turnarounds.
• Ship daily content; A/B test hooks, creatives, and posting times. Maintain platform hygiene and link tracking (UTMs).

Community & Groups:

• Personally moderate Telegram & Facebook groups: approve posts, enforce rules, combat spam, answer questions, and spark daily discussions.
• Host live match-day chats, prediction threads, and winner highlights; funnel group members to KYC, deposit, and promos.
• Source and amplify UGC; run micro-contests, quests, and leaderboard moments.

Growth & Performance:

• Drive channel growth and conversion to sign-up / first deposit with clear CTAs and promo education.
• Partner with CRM for reactivation and with CS for player feedback loops.
• Track and report on KPIs; iterate weekly.

Compliance & Brand Safety:

• Follow platform policies, responsible gaming norms, and local advertising guidelines.
• Ensure accurate, non-misleading promo communication.

KPIs You’ll Own

• Channel growth (followers, group members), engagement rate, CTR
• Sign-ups, KYC completion, first deposits attributable to social/communities
• Community health: daily active members, response time, churn/spam rate
• Content velocity & on-time publishing, creative QA score

Must-Haves (Primary Requirements)

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 6 years work experience
• Strong knowledge of football (teams, fixtures, storylines) and the sports betting & casino industry (markets, odds, responsible play).
• Expert English (written & spoken): crisp copy, clear scripts, persuasive CTAs.
• Good design sense and creativity; can brief designers precisely and spot what works on feed.
• Prior experience in social/content/community for iGaming, sports, fintech, or consumer apps is a plus.
• Tool fluency: Meta Business Suite, X/TikTok tools, Telegram admin (e.g., Combot), schedulers (Buffer/Hootsuite), Canva/Figma, basic video tooling (CapCut/Premiere), link tracking (UTM), analytics (GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust/Mixpanel).
• Comfortable leading a small creative team; excellent project management and calendar discipline.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends/match-days on a roster.

Nice to Have:

• Multilingual: Any major Nigerian languages along with English.
• On-camera confidence for quick explainer clips.
• Basic Photoshop/Illustrator or motion graphics skills.
• Experience running micro-influencer or ambassador programs.
