Job Description
ThisRupt is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Growth Associates (starting as interns).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key growth initiatives, building strategic relationships and contributing to the company’s expansion goals through structured execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of growth strategies and team objectives.
Build and maintain key client relationships, personal portfolio of contacts and relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and goals.
Contribute to performance reporting and process improvement.
Participate in ongoing development sessions.
Own every aspect of strategic relationship with client, leading in all day to day interactions, engaging across multiple levels and geographies within the client.
Work alongside the client, liaising with multiple stakeholders with the aim of growing the business through collaboration, building high quality relationships.
Identify client opportunities for new products/services enabling business improvement.
Ideal Candidate
Graduate of a tertiary institution - University or Polytechnic.
0 - 1 year post graduate experience or undergoing NYSC.
Less than 28 years old.
Committed to daily consistent growth both personally and professionally.
Must be a doer - with the ability to get things done fast. Accelerates the time between thinking and taking action.
Very curious with the aptitude to identify new opportunities and proactively propose solutions, able to handle objections and navigate successful outcomes.
An entrepreneur at heart.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders up to executive level.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work-streams simultaneously and meet set deadlines.
Be a self starter, with the ability to network, think and act independently.
Excited about taking up new challenges and trying out difficult things.
Enjoys spending most of your time on social media and must have an active Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn account (at minimum).
Must have a smartphone and reliable internet connection.

Monthly Allowance
Full flexibility for fully remote work.
