We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trucking operations within Abuja and surrounding routes.
• Ensure proper allocation of trucks and drivers to meet client requirements.
• Monitor delivery timelines, ensuring products reach destinations safely and promptly.
• Track and report on vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and route efficiency.
• Collaborate with the HR/Admin and Safety teams to ensure compliance with labor and safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of waybills, delivery notes, and logistics reports.
• Liaise with clients and partners to resolve logistics challenges promptly.
• Supervise drivers’ conduct, ensuring adherence to company policies and client standards.
• Support the maintenance team in scheduling preventive maintenance for assigned trucks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in logistics operations (preferably in haulage, fleet management, or supply chain).
• Strong knowledge of trucking operations and Nigerian road transport regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
