The Role Overview

• We are seeking a Website Builder to design, build, and maintain Shae Group’s websites, landing pages, sales funnels, and secure portals.
• This role is responsible for ensuring all sites are responsive, SEO-friendly, conversion-focused, and seamlessly integrated into our wider digital ecosystem.

The successful candidate will:

• Build and maintain websites and sales funnels that meet brand and performance standards.
• Use AI and automation tools to speed up workflows and optimize outputs.
• Create Go High Level email templates for campaigns.
• Integrate CRMs, analytics, and automation tools into all digital platforms.
• Report on performance, conversion rates, and optimization outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development & Maintenance: Build and update websites, landing pages, and portals.
• Design & UX: Implement clean, modern layouts with conversion-focused user journeys.
• AI & Automation Integration: Leverage AI-driven tools and integrate CRMs, automation, and payment systems.
• Content & Email Templates: Design and deploy email templates (HTML, Go High Level).
• Performance Optimization: Ensure high site speeds, SEO compliance, and optimized funnels.
• Quality Control & Documentation: Maintain version control, test rigorously, and document processes.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in website development and design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-converting websites, landing pages, and funnels.
• Proficiency with website builders such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, and familiarity with AI-driven website creation tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles, conversion-focused layouts, and responsive/mobile-first design.
• Experience with Go High Level (GHL) email template design and CRM-integrated campaigns.
• Skilled in SEO best practices, site performance optimization, and analytics integration (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4).
• Working knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization and troubleshooting.
• Ability to integrate CRMs, automation tools, and payment systems into websites and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization strategies for funnels and conversion rate improvements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain version control and documentation for all projects.
• Strong English communication skills—able to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams
