Zephan & Ziv Limited - Our client is a diversified technology and advisory organization operating in energy, mining, digital systems, and defense. It provides large-scale, sustainable solutions for governments and organizations in areas such as mining and extractives, geospatial intelligence, cyber defense, and institutional reform.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

  • The Human Resources Administrator will provide day-to-day HR support across the group, reporting to the Senior HR Consultant.
  • The role combines HR operations with office administrative responsibilities, including coordinating the upcoming office relocation project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative support including employee records, payroll assistance, and benefits.
  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting reference checks.
  • Manage onboarding for new hires, including both permanent and contract staff.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and the rollout of HR policies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and ensure compliance with policies and labour laws.
  • Support HR projects, audits, and reporting across the group.
  • Coordinate the search for a new headquarters location, working with management and external partners.
  • Liaise with real estate agents, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Oversee relocation logistics including moving schedules, space planning, and setup of the new office.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years post-NYSC HR experience, ideally in a group or multi-company setting.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Approachable, collaborative, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

  • N250,000 - N300,000 monthly salary
