Job Title: Field Sales Marketer

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos

Job Description

• The role requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their own territory effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Visiting prospects and existing customers to understand their needs, present products or services, and build lasting relationships.
• Sales Execution: Prospecting new clients through techniques like cold calling and networking, and conducting needs analysis to propose solutions.
• Market Awareness: Monitoring competitor activities, products, and marketing strategies within their territory to identify new opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Generating and analyzing sales reports, providing feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
• Marketing Support: Executing marketing campaigns, attending events and trade shows, and sometimes collaborating on marketing materials to support sales goals.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining and expanding a customer database and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

• Sales Expertise: Ability to meet sales targets and close deals using effective sales techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and customer interactions.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Commercial Awareness: A solid understanding of market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
