Job Title: Research Analyst

Location: Admiralty Way - Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

About the Role

• Are you naturally curious, love digging into ideas, and enjoy turning research into stories people actually want to read?
• We’re looking for a Researcher & Business Content Writer who can blend sharp analysis with creative storytelling.
• In this role, you’ll explore industry trends, uncover insights, and transform them into content that inspires, educates, and drives real business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dive deep into market trends, customer behaviour, and industry reports to uncover fresh insights.
• Turn complex research into easy-to-read, engaging blogs, articles, reports, and business stories.
• Create content that positions us as a thought leader — from whitepapers and case studies to social posts and newsletters.
• Work with marketing, product, and design teams to make sure our ideas don’t just sound smart, but also look and feel impactful.
• Write with purpose: content that not only informs but sparks conversations and drives engagement.
• Keep our content sharp, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or just solid proof that you can research and write brilliantly.
• Experience writing both research-driven and creative content (blogs, reports, articles, or anything that shows your range).
• Strong research skills — you know how to find reliable insights and translate them into stories people care about.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• The ability to adapt your style — whether it’s a punchy social caption or a detailed research report.
• A curious, collaborative, and creative mindset.
