She sparked revival, established a major evangelical center in Los Angeles, and changed the lives of countless individuals.

The Foursquare Church, officially named the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, is a Pentecostal denomination that resulted from the dynamic evangelistic ministry of Aimee Semple McPherson, who opened the historic Angelus Temple on Jan. 1, 1923.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account / Administrative Officer

Location: Somolu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented individual to serve as Account / Administrative Officer at our Church Secretariat. This dual role combines financial management responsibilities with secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Secretariat.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of income, expenditure, and other financial transactions of the church.
• Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and support budget planning.
• Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all payments and receipts.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Secretariat (typing, filing, record-keeping, correspondence).
• Manage office supplies, schedules, and coordinate meetings as required.
• Serve as the first point of contact at the Secretariat, attending to visitors and inquiries.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• A committed Christian with a passion for service in the Lord’s vineyard.
