The Opportunity
Are you a passionate and driven individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of finance and supply chain management? Roche Diagnostics Nigeria is seeking a talented Finance and Supply Chain Intern to join our innovative team on a 1 year fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by Finance/Supply Chain.
Provide support on accounting functions such as processing invoices, collating delivery and supporting documents.
Preparing weekly and monthly stock reports including monthly reconciliation.
Coordinate with 3Pl partner to ensure swift clearance of shipments and ensure all receipt are adequately collated and stored.
Liaising with 3PL to timely record all GRNs and communicated back to the team.
Oversee the successful execution of physical stock takes
Assist in reconciling accounts and ensuring timely payments.
Perform various administrative tasks related to finance, such as maintaining financial records, filing documents, and updating financial databases
Support in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining import documentation (e.g., shipping documents, Form M, PAAR, SONCAP)
Invoice submission and follow up for Key customers
Collation of shipping Documents and transmission to the customer for Export Markets
Requirements
Who You Are as an Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or related fields.
Must have completed NYSC.
Basic Financial and Analytical skills.
Basic skills in using Microsoft Office tools, and SAP (Plus).
