We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.

Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management within the security and investigations industry.
Strong understanding of the security landscape, including industry standards and regulations.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in using data analytics tools to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
