The Role: From Vision to Reality
As a Project Architect, you will be a central figure in our project delivery team.
You will leverage your technical expertise and client-facing skills to guide projects, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure our designs are executed with precision and beauty.

Lead the development of comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation that detail both the aesthetic vision and technical integrity of building projects.
Utilize your expertise to direct and mentor junior staff in the production of studies, budgets, and project drawings.
Ensure the highest quality of design and technical output throughout all project phases.
Client Engagement & Project Acquisition:
Partner directly with clients to understand their deepest needs, goals, and requirements, translating them into innovative and feasible design solutions.
Play a key role in business development by contributing to the preparation of compelling bids and proposals for new potential projects.
Develop and deliver powerful presentations to clients, stakeholders, and the public for project approvals and community engagement.
Project Management & Execution:
Develop initial project estimates, including structure costs, timelines, and special requirements to establish project feasibility.
Prepare and manage work contracts for building subcontractors, ensuring clear scope and deliverables.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction, ensuring work aligns with architectural plans, design intent, and quality standards.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications & Experience)
A professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
5 years of proven experienceworking as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing your involvement in various project stages.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and articulate design concepts clearly.
Experience contributing to project bids, proposals, and budgeting.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and lead aspects of a project.
Bonus points:Licensure or demonstrated progress towards architectural licensure (e.g., ARE exams).
