About the Role
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a driven and technically capable Paint & Coatings Sales Manager to join our Industrial Applications / CASE & Construction business line.
This role is responsible for growing our presence in paint, coatings, and additive markets within assigned territories, expanding existing accounts, and opening new business with clients in coatings, paint formulators, contractors, and distributors.

A solid understanding of coatings products, raw materials, and their application in various industries.

Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
The Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell coatings raw materials (resins, pigments, additives, solvents) to paint manufacturers, contractors, and distributors.
Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and product trainings for clients.
Provide tailored technical advice and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and launch new products.
Requirements
Must-Have:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Paint & Coatings sales or related chemical distribution.
Strong technical knowledge of coatings formulations and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with waterborne, low-VOC, or sustainable coatings technologies.
Familiarity with regional coatings regulations and industry standards.
Multilingual skills (English, French, or local languages).
Established network within the paint & coatings industry.
