Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Abujaregion by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for Pachamama Foods' range of healthy food products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities in Abuja and surrounding areas
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, supermarkets, and institutional clients
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging market trends
Present and promote Pachamama Foods' product range to prospective clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
Provide product information, samples, and demonstrations to clients
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management
Build long-term partnerships with key accounts.
Territory Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies for the Abuja territory
Plan and execute daily sales routes and customer visits efficiently
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM system
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Product Promotion:
Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail locations
Educate customers on the benefits and features of Pachamama Foods products
Distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the Abuja market and existing business networks is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license (preferred)
Ability to use CRM software and sales tools.
